This unit is faulty and customer service is without an iota of integrity. Nine phone calls and have been told nine times when we would be contacted. Haven't been contacted once. Where is the integrity? Customer service reps. are masters in deflection. The company has major problems and I would, at this time, never recommend the purchase of one of their appliances.

First time having a glass top. So efficient! I prefer cast iron. I was used to leaving the irion on for a good 7-10 minutes on low to get it nice and hot before cooking™€¦not it™€™s ready in around two minutes. Haven™€™t used any of the eyes past 4-5, this range is HOT!

This is a great product! Easy to clean, operate, install. Glads top looks modern and is easy to clean. Inside is also easy to clean. Operates as intended and temperature is accurate. One thing to note. The knows to operate then 4 zones are easily turned and are just about kid level. It's just me and my wife, but even I had an incident where a strap turned a know while bringing in groceries. No harm no foul. But be conscious.
