What I love about this refrigerator is the bisque color. It is energy star and frost free. I only had this refrigerator for 4 days and it has been keeping the proper temperature in both freezer and refrigerator sections with the dial set at 3. I like this refrigerator and I believe it will be as dependable as my previous 1972 GE 16 Cu Ft Refrigerator that quit recently.

Fridge plugged in with ease and was ready for restocking right away. Clean lines sits well with the kitchen cabinets. Temp control in fridge section keeps freezer section cold enough too. No light in freezer but I have no problem finding things. GE Fridge perfect choice for my family.

Before I offer my evaluation I would like to ask a question. Do the Desigers/Engineers ever stand before these refrigerators and check their workability? I suspect - Not ever. When we open our refrigerator we anticipate that at eye level there would be space for milk, juice and other edibles. Instead we have a freezer with a very large outstanding handle. In order to access the contents of the refrigerator, we have to bash our heads on the handles. How many head bashings does it take for a full scale concussion?

Fridge better than I thought since I purchased one a few cubic ft less than what I had, but it seems I have more space in this model inside the fridge & freezer than my over 15 year GE model. Amazing! And the immediate need delivery was the best!

Purchased it because it fit space allowed and came in almond color. Seems to work well. I've had it for 10 days. Because of the noise would recommend it for use in a garage.

The refrigerator seems to run a lot…….it runs whenever it is opened and a lot of time in between. I will need to check my electric bill to see if it is as efficient as it is supposed to be.

It is somewhat deep and thus it is a bit awkward to get to the back of the refrig. I'm not keen on the 1 control for both the freezer and refrigerator or the grill like shelves. Also it runs a bit loud like a large fan on high and could be a bit annoying when trying to talk to someone standing near it.
I do love the color called bisque! It's like the old color almond. Wish more kitchen appliances were made in that color.)+:

We have had our old fridge for 40 years and always had to DEFROST it. Now a frost-free. Perfect. Size is perfect in the proportion to our kitchen. Plenty of room for more food. veggies and fruit.

It is much louder than I thought it was going to be, which is annoying when you are trying to watch tv. But I do love the door shelves, you can fit tons of condiments and bottles in there.

i like having the freezer on top again. the bottom freezer drawer i had in last refrigerator was difficult to access and keep organized. smaller size keeps me mindful of not overbuying or filling.

We are very happy with the refrigerator. It is quiet and the insulation looks very hefty. I am very disappointed that we only received one shelf for the freezer section and only two for the refrigerator section. I was also surprised that no tray in the butter section and no egg compartment.

I really researched in depth on my purchase. It is good looking in and out, but sure runs a lot, and it is not quiet. Also was disappointed in how back of fridge cover on bottom is loosely put on an has gaps., cheaply done. I have had it only two weeks, but the almost constant humming is really irritating to me.
