Front panel was dead right out of the box. Waited a week for a call for a repair man to come verify panel was dead. After a week had to take it back out and return it to home depot

This is the first time a LG product has disappointed us. The microwave oven closes when to work and when not to. Technicians are also doing patchy job. Very disappointed.

Jus installed the over oven microwave when product arrived it was missing a mounting template. After numerous calls and a week later received the wrong item. Then another round of numerous call and another week later template arrived. No problems yet and we love the look

After experiencing several problems with the microwave including it shutting off only when using the fan to smoke coming off of the food as if it was over cooking. Customer service would not replace the unit. Instead they insisted on sending out. Repair technician to diagnose. The first guy said it was the control board. After waiting all day for the second crew to show up this week to replace the parts. I have no faith in this microwave. I will be getting rid of it. Its not worth burning my house down. The controls are right above the stove in when condensation from cooking especially pasta water boiling etc. hits the panel everything fogs up. The exhaust fan is not strong enough to pull all of that moisture away. Faulty design do not recommend purchasing.

Ive had this microwave for a couple weeks now and love it. It looks very sleek and has alot of power. When opened the door is longer than the standard over the range microwaves and it took a little getting used to but not an issue. I would recommend.

Initially wanted a new microwave in the black stainless to replace my old black one. I felt like my 9 year old microwave was working fine until the new one was installed. So many new cooking features and no more half or unevenly heated food. Love the controls on the door and no more handle to clean. Very happy I replaced with this model.

The printing inside the door needs to have greater contrast.-- difficult to read in lower light levels. Also it is hard for shorter people to see through the door the viewing area is truncated at the bottom.

Ive been using this LG about 2 weeks. First it was easy to install. And it works beautifully. I like the short menu of instructions on the right frame when you open the door. And it works as indicated. It cooks and defrosts or warms as promised.

Very happy with the range so far. Really like that it has Air Fry capability. The only downside is you have to be very careful because it is very easy to accidently turn on the stove top by bumping against the knobs. There is a lock feature if yo can remember that. I connected the range to wifi using the LG app because I was hoping there was a feature that could alert me when the stove is on. I was not able to finde that in the app. The app will tell you it is on but you have to open the app to check.

Looks great in the kitchen. Has all the features you want and plenty of power. All of the automatic settings make cooking easy. My only nitpick is that the door is so wide that its easy to hit your head on it when open if you arent careful.

This microwave looks sleek and works well. There are lots of preset buttons which is nice as it senses when the food is ready. I just hope it lasts as my last one only lasted for less than 3 years. I got the 5 year warranty just in case.

I have been using microwaves since the 1980s so I have used quite a few different types and brands in my time. This microwave is powerful which I like. The design and finish are what my wife and I liked best. Here are my only negatives design decisions flaws/ergonomics issues really:
1. In order to start cooking you have to first touch the Cook button then enter the time desired then hit the Start button. Why isnt the default action Cook? Meaning why cant I just enter a time then touch the Start button?
1A. Oddly if you touch the +30 seconds button it automatically starts to cook.
2. I have an LG oven too and I like to have the exact time displayed or pretty close as both my wife and I use the clocks when we enter/leave the house. I set the exact time with my atomic time watch but the clock consistently runs fast. This is noticeable even the next day. It is not off by a few seconds but 15 or so. Again oddly I did set up Wi-Fi that with other connected devices the time gets synched to an internet time server of some type making a manual clock setting obsolete. The LC oven clock keeps pretty good time.
3. I installed the ThinQ app on my iPhone 14 Pro. After a couple of days I deleted the app from my phone. I was constantly getting notifications that I could not set independently of each of the types of alerts.

My experience with the microwave can not yet be tested because the first two that were delivered were damaged and had to be refused. The third replacement was processed on Friday September 16 2022 and I was told that my request for expedited shipping and white glove service would be accommodated how ever it is now Saturday September 24 2022 and I still have no microwave. I was told that the soonest it can be delivered is September 28 2022. What a joke
